I've found some nice looking and pretty basic one.

Although I did not find the original author's name.
I have changed the GUI to better suit my taste.
And I am willing to share it with you all :)
Download or Copy the contents of this windows.xml file into:
(7 Days To Die Starvation install dir)\Data\Config\XUi\windows.xml
and overwrite its contents. Enjoy :D
