Not only it took them almost 24 hours to setup my VPS instead of 3 hours like their order page says.
But also the installed version of the operating system I have order (Ubuntu 11.04).
Was not really the exact version I have ordered. It was the same version number but in minimal installation mode.
Also they don't bother informing users that have little experience with linux server that the versions they provide, are the old ones and are impossible to update.
Then I would like you to know that there is a good chance that you will be really disappointed with their service and support team.

Honestly, since I have rented the server at Vilayer, I did not see any pros but only cons.
At the time I write this post. I am over 24 hours of wait time to get respond to a very simple but very urgent question I have asked their support team.
But when I wanted to check my account. I have received the page that you can see on the screenshot I have made.
Bottom line: Think 2,3 times before you rent a server at Vilayer.
