Enable/Disable Security Center Alerts

Sometimes this popping balloon is really annoying...



Goto:
1. Start
2. Control Panel
3. Security Center
4. Change the way Security Center alerts me

And Enable or Disable Alerts for:
1. Firewall
2. Automatic Updates
3. Virus Protection
